Origin of World Sparrow Day
In 2010, Mohammed Dilwar first celebrated this day first in India collaboration with Eco-sys Action Foundation in France and several other international organizations.
Purpose
The sole purpose of celebrating Sparrow Day, is to save billions of sparrows of the world.
How can we participate?
1. We can participate by writing articles, posting on social media and by poems and artworks etc.
2. We can participate by giving water and millets in seperate bowls and left it, at the roof corners, for the sparrows.
3. We can advice and advocate for sparrows on this world Sparrow Day.
4. Don't kill any Sparrow and build a good vegetation for them around your house and garden.
